Welcome to The River Walk, a cozy boho townhome with a lake-cabin soul, right on the Centennial Trail in Riverstone. Grill on the patio, gather around the firepit, then sip coffee on the covered balcony before walking the river trail to breakfast. Two living rooms with smart TVs and electric fireplaces give kids and grown-ups their own space. A closet office, fast Wi-Fi and dreamy beds for eight make it easy to stay a while.

The space

Newly furnished with woven textures, warm wood and soft lake tones, the home feels like a boho lake cabin from the moment you walk in.

Main level: a half bath just inside the entry, then the primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom, plus a private workspace in the closet with a desk, monitor and laptop stand. The open living and dining area has a sofa and smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen opens to the patio with a BBQ, firepit and comfortable outdoor seating.

Upstairs: a second living room with a sofa, smart TV and a cozy electric fireplace for movie nights, two more bedrooms (one with a king bed and nightstands, one with a queen over queen bunk bed) and a spacious shared bathroom with a tile shower and double vanity. Step out to the covered balcony with comfy seating and a coffee table for morning coffee or a quiet glass of wine.

Throughout: radiant floor heat, mini split air conditioning, air purifiers on both levels, a front load washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi and a pack and play crib.

Getting around

There's one driveway parking spot, and street parking is available nearby. The garage is not available to guests. Walk or bike to Riverstone's restaurants and shops, or hop on the Centennial Trail right from the neighborhood. Downtown is a quick drive, I-90 is close by for Spokane, Silverwood and the ski hills, and Spokane International Airport is about 45 minutes away.

Guest access

The townhome, patio and balcony are all yours. The garage and a few locked cabinets in the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms are reserved for owner storage. If a cabinet doesn't open, it's locked, so please don't pull hard on it. The home shares one wall with a neighbor, so we ask guests to keep evenings quiet.
